HoloX Return & Refund Policy 

By purchasing from HoloX, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy. It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand these terms prior to purchase.


General Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in this policy. Returns and refunds are not automatic and are evaluated at HoloX’s discretion based on the circumstances outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns 

A return may only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery confirmation

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The product is in resellable condition

  • You contact us through our website to request return authorization

If any of these conditions are not met, the return request will be denied.

Important: HoloX does not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with appearance/functionality if the product is as described.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or tested

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Orders refused at delivery

  • Clearance, discounted, or promotional items


Return Authorization 

You must contact us through our website before sending any return.

Unauthorized returns, returns sent to the wrong address, or returns sent without approval will not be refunded and may be discarded or returned to sender at your expense.


Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service

HoloX is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item

  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied at HoloX’s discretion

If the item is not received in acceptable condition, your refund may be reduced or denied.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us through our website within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos/videos of the damage or defect

At our discretion, we may offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • Store credit

Refunds for damaged/defective items are reviewed case-by-case and are not guaranteed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your order as “Delivered,” HoloX considers the order fulfilled.

We are not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Porch theft

  • Packages delivered to mailrooms, front desks, or shared locations

You must contact the carrier directly in these situations.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from HoloX, you agree to contact us through our website before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in:

  • Loss of eligibility for refunds or replacements

  • Permanent ban from future purchases

  • Additional fees where applicable


Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting us through our website.

After 12 hours:

  • The order is considered in processing

  • Cancellations may not be possible

  • No refunds are guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment
